Fix my Worcester Heatslave 20/25 oil boiler?

Worcester Heatslave 20/25 boiler 10 years old - over heating the domestic hot water, dangerously hot despite adjusting the temp dial. Tried new thermostat and flow switch.
Heating side seems fine.
