the eco light was flashing so I followed the advice about tilting the machine tightening lower arm up and the machine started up no problem, then it started gurgling and the water was boiling but no wash, now the rinse aid light is continually flashing what does this mean?

Update, i removed the bottom panel to check the pumps everything seemed to be ok. put it back together and tried it now nothing, apart from the wash light which ever is selected goes out and the second drying light comes on and stays on! no other sounds from the machine, now I'm baffled any ideas?
