hi, i have a B1 and a bps242rf units, betteries fell out, the b1 had a red light on, so thought would press the set button then the reset button, and nothing happened, now there are no lights on, have read about resetting if there is a red light, what if there isnt a red light, does it really mean there is a fault plz help, thankyou.
