Cold water dribbling?

My Hoover 2320L washes and spins great, hot water flows freely but the cold water barely dribbles. How can I fix this??

check if the cold fill water hose has a kink in it

make sure you have water switched on to the machine by turning off water then remove the hose from machine and then turning on whilst holding over a bucket.lower water pressure there would give you dribble.if pressure good there suspect inlet valve or filter if fitted
