Can dropped HP laptop be fixed?

HP laptop dropped and the screen is now entirely white with small spider web like lines only in upper corner. Can this be salvaged?

You can always try another screen an external screen connected to laptop video output to see if the laptop has any other problems

Apparently, your screen is badly damaged. You probably need to replace it.

A question:
Was it ON when you droped it?
Droping a powered up laptop can irrevocably destroy it's hard drive, and will, at least, damage it causing some data loss. If it's a SSD drive, you are safe on that point: No moving parts.
