Heatline solaris fault?

The snowflake icon is lit on the display but it isn't cold enough yet. DHW fires up to about 40 degrees and then cuts out and does not restart unless DHW tap is closed and re-opened. CH seemingly unaffected. It's a 30pc model. This has been combined with an F5 fault - sensor replaced.

I'm GSR but don't fancy the 0906 fee.

I hate heatline boilers and I hate the engineers that fit them.

Heatline Solaris 30PC shows F0 fault

I have replaced EV and PRV and pressure sensor with new parts from a spare unused boiler of the same model.

I have disconnected the fill loop, EV charged to 0.5 bar before fitting.

System pressurised to 1.1 bar and found to be working but only a few hours later pressure had dropped again.

Only thing I haven't changed is the PCB.

Don't know what to do now and engineers don't like working on Heatline boilers, can't say I blame them.

Which is the best combi to have installed instead?
