My Baumatic BDI631 makes a loud humming noise when I start a programme and then halfway through the programme I get an error flashing up and it won't drain and the programme won't continue. I tried checking the drainage and cleared a few things but that has not made any difference. Any help greatly appreciated.

remove and check the drain pump.Check impeller isn't jammed with something or seized/faulty
