How can I fix Dimplex Brayford BFD20R?

The heat works. I can also hear the motor, but there are no lights or flame effect. The bulbs have been replaced but it did not solve the problem. It is less than 3 years old.

Is the rotisserie turning [ you can see it if you take out the fuel effect ] if not the pcb will require changing they cost about £50
