i filled the library up with various series however as soon as it told me delete some of the progs on it i did that it now says undifined so i have no tv guide i have tried various telephone number for help without sucess.

Top Up TV used to broadcast a 14 day programme guide, but permanently ceased broadcasting on 1st November 2013.

You need to go into the settings menu and change from the defunct 14 day programme guide to the 8 day freeview programme guide.

Immediately after changing the setting to the 8 day epg a Top Up TV recorder owner should be patient. It takes a few hours before all the epg is populated without any gaps.
