Missing programmes?

I have a Bush BTU250DTR with Top Up TV which has stopped listing programmes.

Can you talk me through the process of switching to the Freeview 8-day guide step by step as I can't find a way of doing it on screen.

Menu >> Set-up >> Change your box settings >> TV Guide Type
Use the < > keys to switch to the 8 day freeview guide.

I hope that helps as I found that on another site and do not have TUTV myself and it is not in th euser guide.
