2amp fuse keeps blowing?

britony combi se80 boiler replaced the water pressure switch
which was leaking onto the pump now every time i replace the fuse it just blows all the lights come on for couple of seconds
before it blows could it be the pump

disconnect the pump wiring then fit fuse.if it doesn't blow then yes it could be the pump but this test isn't a fool proof test.testing the pump with a meter is

its not rocket science mate water and electricity don't mix,so logic dictates if water go in the the pump then its going to blow the fuse,and by the way ,it should be 3 amp fuse ,you need to megger the pump for low insulation
