useless service ?
I had to write a formal complaint into Vokera Customer Relations WITH no name OR PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS once more I have been promised that an engineer would call as dated NO CHANCE seems they only have 2 engineers one is off sick???? the other has a full order book at 10-55 am I got a Call from Clair who tried to patronise me she has stated Neill will come out on the 6/12/13 morning for this duff company includes 1 pm after noon am sick off this naff company DO NOT HAVE VOKERA INSTALLED
