dimplex x1 flicker motor not turning?

Replaced PCB as no heat or flicker motor.
have heat now but still no flicker motor. Everything else good but difficult to test as wring disappears inside motor winding. Found the "neutral" from main terminal block and the live feed comes from the pcb control - not sure if the voltage is dropped for the motor asd I cannot find any manuals. Any help appreciated.

Hi thanks for getting back via here TT much appreciated I have managed to sort a motor , infact it was sat besides me in a cheap and cheerful 2K fan heater thaT cost £9.99 a couple of years ago. Not a Johnson Motor but probably a Chinese equivalent and used in many makes of this type of simple upright fan heater. Had to reverse the rotation which was easy enough and a bit of a fiddle to fit but it works a treat. Thanks again for your advise and assistance PF

Hi toptrish if you get this message I would like to take up your offer of supplying me a motor for this fire as I have tried many avenues with dead ends even though I can identify the motor or I could order 2000 from China at £2.00 each!!
I can supply an email address to arrange payment etc if you see this. Cheers PF

Hi toptrish much appreciated and may well get back to you on that as I have emailed a few Johnson motor distributors to see if they will sell me a motor which I have managed to identify. Thanks again for your assistance. PF

Yes unfortunately I have to change the whole base when the motor seizes etc,if your'e interested I might be able to source a motor for you

Thanks for the info toptrish finally had time to strip and trace the wiring and yes the bulbs are fed and alight so motor is dead. I guess when it went it spiked the pcb. Its a simple shielded pole type a few pounds to buy if I could find a supplier as Dimplex want £80 odd for the whole base assembly if I cant get the motor its going in the bin!!

You don't mention whether the lights come on as they are fed from the same supply as the fan, if they do and the fan spins freely it must be the motor that faulty
