I recently had to re-boot my recorder and it is working fine again except for the series record function. Every time I check the guide it is only showing an 8-day guide and has not yet updated to 14 day guide, which would facilitate the series record function. I have left it switched on in 'green' mode but it is not making any difference. Top Up TV helpline no longer in service. Can anyone help?
