DEM 10 won't go, different PCB?

My DEM 10 pcb does not have a yellow 1uF capacitor, it has a grey .33uF one in a similar place to where the yellow one goes. And it has one relay instead of two. Anyone have any idea how to fix it? Shorting the relay makes the compressor start (didn't notice if fan runs). Changing the grey capacitor had no effect.

Like you, my PCB has only one relay. This means that the Fan is 12v DC. (FYI: All PCB spares for sale now are for Mains (240v ac) operated fan via the 'second' Relay.
In my case, nothing to do with capacitor or PCB: If the fan does not rotate, the Compressor will switch off within one second (electronic protection). I simply use WD40 to loosen the fan motor - which was sluggish - as I could not dismantle the factory-fitted motor/fan assembly. The whole dehumidifier is working now (Although I wish I could find a DC Fan Motor spares).
