It can be difficult to diagnose a fault on electronic equipment at the best of times... doing it from a distance is even harder.The question you ask is vague and has little information.
What should be given first is the manufacturer the model number and a detailed description of the problem. Also even if you received a correct diagnosis the repair might be beyond your scope.
