how can I fix the vibration. merc, sprinter 311di?

I have had a replacemen clutch fitted in stead of the original and now It vibrates under 2ooo revs, and it sounds like the prop' shaft clunks when changing gear.

Difficult one but were the prop shaft u/j's lined up correctly when it was refitted
