Turntable not working?

Neff Microwave H5640/5642 turntable not turning but everything else is switching on and microwaving

I've seen at least one case where the support wheels where to high. The motor was truning all right, but the turntable was supported to high and could'nt connect. Removing the supporting wheels solved the problem.
