is it dripping from spout or from top? If from spout, turn off water supply and fit new standard size washer. If from top, no need to turn off water supply. Remove handle, remove shroud using cloth to protect finish, rewrap the gland with leather thread dosed with grease.

U cant do ur self best is call ur local plumber will do some thing good for u as a lot tools needs to change plastice whashel or tab pls.

depends on make but by putting a new washer in it or a complete unit and if needs be re seating
