was ironing silk dress on very low setting it wasnt ironing at all so only slightly turned up heat was working then suddenly felt something stick it had fused the front of the dress together , only a little bit and when i looked and carefully pulled fabric apart it has left a tear like hole in dress can i fix the dress is black
