I have a Smeg D16012 dishwasher which has the above fault lights flashing which is basically a water leak, I need to know how to reset this fault as M/C will not go onto any program setting and the outlet pump is running all the time even when the door is open I would appreciate any information on this. Did as Richie said and it worked. I tipped it FORWARD at a 45 degree angle

our one does the same thing there is some sort of sensor in the base
the smallest amount of water will make the pump stay on continuously
sounds silly but its what the experts do
pull the machine out and tip it on a 45 degree angle
this should get rid of any water
this water seems to appear when the power is turned off mid cycle
if you need to stop the machine just open the door
