hi i have a problem with my beko american fridge freezer the top section of the freezer is defrosting and the lower sections are not but the lower sections in my fridge are freezing can you help thanks

Hi! I have problem whith my Hoover Frost Free Fridge Freezer!When is turn on this is error code 01 for front door and inside fridge lights turn on and turn off every time.I don't know whats happened?

Communication error between the two modules for more than one minute.
