YES... & yes tried that it still shows the symbol on the boiler to say lost signal, have followed the instruction book but still no good, do you think we need a need receiver unit on boiler?

i'm assuming the ''radio link'' refers to a wireless room thermostat/programmer
if YES try moving the room thermostat/programmer next to the boiler
still same problem?
