Are you getting blow past on compression stroke? You may have to remove the injector,clean the mating surfaces as best you can and fit a new copper sealing ring,torque down the clamp bolt to the correct setting and give it a go,if it is common rail do not run it and disconnect any electrical connections at the injector as damage can occur I am guessing a new injector on runs to hundreds of pounds on these,good luck
