My washing machine has stopped draining and spinning?

My Bosch Excell 1200 has just recently stopped draining and spinning. Have checked that the blades have nothing impeding them and they are clear.

If pump is running and impellor is not loose on the shaft then blockage from pump to sink is likely. Check hose from pump to sink from sink end first could be a button stuck in hose. Cheers
