How do I take apart the control panel cover without damaging it?

Oil Filled Radiator Heater?
My Maxi-Heat Model OH-107C Oil Filled Radiator Heater fell over and the switch to adjust the heat and turning the unit on (potentiometer) broke. Is it possible to get another switch to put in there?
