how can i sort the clutch on a vauxhall combo van 54 plate?

have been to look at a 54 plate van and found the clutch bite point is very close to the floor,how much of a problem is this to fix and sort of cost

Difficult to say but if you can have a look at the push rod on the master cylinder at the pedal,they are bad on these for breaking the housing where the rod sits,the actual clutch system may just need bleeding but have a look at the bottom of the g/box housing,if you see fluid there then it is probably a g/box out job,then again it may be the actual clutch itself just wear and tear,if you have the g/box out it is false economy to not replace the three parts and also the dual mass flywheel would need checking also,you can get solid flywheel kits for these now,good luck.
