my dvd will show up in blak & white picture /no color appears?? it is a koss model # ks 3122.

Hi Rebecca,
Check if your cables are still in good shape and are properly connected to both your television and player or to wherever you have you player connected. Also you might want to clean your laser lens with a dvd cleaner just to keep good maintenance on it.
