Paula,It is most likely the drum bearings are faulty,its a very tricky operation and I would advise you to contact a service engineer.The inner drum will have to be removed from the outer drum,and the bearings removed from the housing in the outer drum,it could also be the pulley wheel or the drive belt on the wheel,which can easily be replaced and easily examined,just remove the back of the appliance and examine visually,remember to turn off the power to the appliance,before attempting any repair.
