The hose from the motor has split so there is no suction from the motor to the pipes and needs replacing. HOW DO I.. remove the upper part of the cleaner from the lower half, at the point where is pivots whilst in operation. This will allow access to the upper end of the hose that has split. The other end of the hose connects to the motor and seems quite easy.
