Error code f05 on hotpoint ultima WMD967 washer?

After reading the online info I've seen that this refers to a blockage in the outlet so I've cleaned the pipes from the drum to the pump and the waste outlet pipe, replaced the pump (little boy threw it in the bucket containing waste water) and still the error message appears. It happens at the drain point of the cycle and I'm left with a washer full of soggy clothes.

Any suggestions gratefully recieved :-)

Hi

Ok F05 is a draining error code.

What you need to do is first check the drain hose and were it drains out to. If it goes under a sink then you need to remove the spigot and make sure this is all clear.

Then if thats fine you need to pull the washer out and remove the back cover.

There you will see a black hose going from the drum to the pump.

You need to take the hose off from the drum end and in there you will see the filter cup.

But if theres water still in there then you need to get a bucket and lower the drain hose into the bucket and gravity will drain the water away.

Then with this hose off clear the filter cup out. You will see a ping pong ball in there. This is ment to be there.

Also while the hose is off you need to check the pump and make sure this is clear.

Once its all clear refit the hoses and pump and retry the washer and see how it goes from there.

But F05 is a draining error code.
