We're do I start?

I have a transit van 350 lwb 2002 I have only done 65000 miles but for last 2 years it doesn't pick up any speed goes about 50 flat out and struggles up banks

Have you checked the turbo? Remove the inlet hose and feel for play/wear in the impeller,check inlet hoses for splits also,are the filters clean and up to date?Are any brakes seized on ? I know of some transits where all they needed were an update to increase performance etc which would need to go to a Ford dealer for that. Just some things to check,good luck
