Every time I restart my computer, the Golden Palace Casino pops up on my screen. I don't even have to be connected to the web. My computer has been slowing down since this started popping up. I have ran spy-bot search and destroy and cwshredder. Any suggestions?

The Golden Palace Popup people must think these ideas are a fantastic way to attract new customers. The funny thing is that everyone I've ever heard mention Golden Palace Casinos seem to be really annoyed by it, desperate to find a way to remove their ads, and highly unlikely to ever visit them even if they were looking for a Casino.
