after heating steam doesn't come through used item ,then steam stopped, eventually took off cap refilled then after yellow light went off tried to use nothing came out. Played with hose started to come through for a few seconds then nothing, found it hard to remove filler cap, but never worked again

Had same problem, the problem seems to be with the small valve in the handle behind the trigger, it is easily remedied. Take handle apart, six Philips screws. Ease cover off, take valve and hose out. Undo four Philips screws, take out valve. Lubricate the valve and rubber rings with WD40. Reassemble. My steamer work since
