E3 error code on baumatic bdw13?

The element and both theromstats test ok, any ideas what to look for next? The machine must be 10 years old, I've replaced the element and theromstats previously. Also replaced the runners and plastic bearing wheels things at least every 6 months! Beginning to think it's not worth it now!

If the element & thermostat are definitely ok then it probably isn't getting power supplied when it is supposed to be heating. You need to check the wiring from the panel down to the element to make sure it does not have a break in it and then check that power is getting to the element. If not then there may be a fault on the control board.
