My Hoover HNL2126 1200RPM will not start?
9 years old. power is connected and when a programme is selected and the start button pressed, a whurring noise occurs for about 5-10 seconds from the programmer, the door locked light and time lights light up. there is no voltage across the inlet water valve live to neutral and 10-15 volts from earth to either live or neutral on the valve. No water enters the machine.
