how can I fix my electrolux built-in dishwasher?

My dish washer keeps constantly pumping out. Even if the machine is turned off it keeps pumping. We have put water down through the filter and it pumps it away so it is not blocked

water in the antiflood base causing the anti flood switch to operate and the drain pump to run 24/7 unless switched off at the wall socket. You need to get in to the base and drain the water.can be done by removing the front metal plinth from the dishwasher and pushing the plastic tray down until water has gone. This isn't ideal but works.remember mains electric exposed whilst doing this so disconnect from mains first.pulling it out totally is best way and lay on its back to drain. If it then works ok but fails in a short time you have an internal blockage or a leak.both of which require s strip down/clean out to find
