how do I repressure my bolier?

We have moved into a house with a enviroplus F28e condensing combination boiler. The pressure is only 0.7 and so we need to repressure it to about 1 as it keeps tripping out. Any ideas on how we'd do this would be greatly appreciated.
(we have tried turning tap b (central heating return) then tap a (cold water supply)but nothing happened -did we not turn them far enough?)

You either didn't turn them far enough or there could be a secondary isolator somewhere...

You'll hear the water entering the appliance when you turn the correct valves into the correct positions... With these appliances they lend themselves to installer flexibility as to where and how the top-up is provided, so every system can be unique.
