check the PCB behind the main panel are any of the relays blackened, I am on my third PCB board. I am now looking for some one to replace the relays.

The circuit boards on these are at best 'poor'!! (crap would be a better word) Poor quality and poor design. Fitting 85 degree working capacitors in this working environment is something a 6th form school boy would not do. Just do a blanket change of all the caps with 105 degree and re solder suspect joints with high meting point solder (Sony and B&O use it in power supply circuits, but they produce quality kit)
Whilst your at it, change all the relays(contact burning through using low temp capacitors)Total component cost about £12-00 from Farnells or RS Components. Also buy some de solder braid as the print on these PCB's is also cr*p.
