An iPad (a physical object) just CAN'T have an USB leading to an iTunes logo (an image on your computer screen).
Can you tell us EXACTLY what is your problem?
Are you on a Mac, a desktop PC under Windows, a PC under Linux, a laptop, a tablet...
The brand and model can help.
Check the connecting cable. Make sure that it's frimly connected. Make sure that it's intact.
