Guess too late but If still have it and its not working try this

Press 'sound button' either up or down position and the 'on' button together hold them and it may kick start reboot. If a menu shows and you see reboot scroll down to reboot then press 'on' button to activate
.it may work. It did on my Tesco hudl2
