Danfoss RA 2000 thermostatic Radiator Valve Wont shut off?

When turning the thermostat all the way down to off position it wont shut off and continues to heat. Do I need to replace valve?

I’m having a similar problem.
Could you elaborate on freeing up the pin.

I’d also like to know if regaining control of the heat with the dial requires the heat to be turned off on the radiator.
Can i fix this problem while the radiator is heating.
