What may be wrong?

We have a Potterton Netaheat 10/16 boiler and the ignition is coming on and the main burner BUT it will not stay on but keeps trying to! Any ideas?

Thermostat... Hole in the back-plate causing the boiler to baffle itself out... Blocked burner/injector.
