Hi tonight my door handle on a upvc door decided it had had enough it just spins round . After removing the handle I can see that the square hole the bar goes through in the central locking mechanism has broken into a few pieces . 1) how do I get the door open 2) can I just replace the central part thanks

you can replace the lock body if you get the door open, just take the two screws out of the lock plate, and it will pop out, do you have a key for that door.
