Why would you check the filter & the pipes for blockage. A 2 minute Google search "What is UE error on LG washing machine" will tell you that UE stands for unbalanced error. Comes up if washing is unbalanced. If you have heavy items on one side. Find out why it would be unbalanced. Can also be caused by weak springs supporting the drum. If no obvious heavy loads then you may have to call a service company.
