The stainless steel inner door is attached to the hinges and is not necessary to remove to do this job. You need to remove the outer door, if it is fully integrated with a decor door remove the 2 screws top corners of stainless (long ones) and the 2 middle ones (long ones) and the outer door will lift off it's bottom brackets, then remove the steel outer door to gain access to the soap box. (unplug machine before any of this.) The soapboxes usually are pressed in until the stainless steel tags grip, can be hard to press in fully.
