Hi I have a Samsung twin cooling fridge freezer and recently my freezer has twice defrosted costing me a small fortune on lost food it then seems to freeze again for a few weeks and everything is fine,just defrosted on me again today with temp reading -22 and flashing ,any help would be great

hi if you model is a srs2028 you will more than likley need a repair kit .

you can get the same symptoms with most samsung american ff but the srs model is know for this .

call ally 07407 734 204 - hes a samsung tech and can advise what parts you might need
