Hello, We have one of these units in our shop for repair with the same problem. The problem is with the PIP Module. You can either replace a ton of surface mount electrolytic capacitors, replace the board, or bypass the board which will cause you to lose all your PIP (Picture In Picture) functions, but will give you a good clear picture again. These units are definitely worth repairing, as we get requests for them all the time. Do yourself a favor though and take it to someone who can repair the PIP circuit board and try to stay away from board swappers (they are expensive and sometimes needless). Good luck!
