enter button does not always work?

i have a nissan primera on a 55 plate. my sat nav is very eratic to say the least, when i press the map button and then the enter button other data sometimes appears, also the last time it worked okay it packed up on halfway through journey.

A Nissan agent might tell you or Nissan themselves they would know the supplier for their incar sats.
