I'm having a hard time getting the new pan seal over the round washer type part the old one came off of. Any ideas on an easy way to get it on? Lokks like it just slides over, but new seal is so tight, can't get it on there. Thanks

well ,upon further investigation,the round washer like part that I spoke of,was actually part of the old seal that came out, separated from the rubber seal, when I took it apart. So I cleaned up the shaft and used a socket to compress in new seal, and all is good with the world. Thanks
